Sarah Husby consistently exceeded my expectations of a buyer's broker! Throughout the transaction she was highly organized, market savvy and relatable. After about six months of having little luck finding a house with another agent, I had make a change. I found a house that had just come back on the market, Sarah got me a showing early the next day, we wrote up an offer a couple days later, we ended up bidding against another offer and ultimately won out. She crafted my offer so it was more appealing than another offer for more money than my offer. Sarah coordinated the inspectors, the septic guy and structural engineer, all within a couple days. She communicated daily with my mortgage broker, the sellers agent and the escrow agent. I felt like she was on my side through out each negotiation opportunity. There are always hiccups and challenges, but Sarah dealt with them immediately. All told, from start to finish... in less than a month I got my house!. I couldn't be happier.
